We want you to love your glow. If you're not completely satisfied for any reason, you have 90 days from delivery to return your mask for a full refund — no questions asked.
How to start a return
- Email support@viraelle.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
- We'll reply within 1–2 working days with your return instructions.
- Ship the item back in its original packaging. We'll email you a prepaid return label.
- Once received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
1-year warranty
Every mask is covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. If your mask stops working through no fault of your own within 12 months of purchase, we'll repair or replace it free of charge.
What's not covered
- Damage caused by misuse, accident or unauthorised modification.
- Normal wear and tear of the strap and cosmetic surfaces.
- Returns requested more than 90 days after delivery (unless a warranty claim).
Refund timing
Refunds are processed to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, funds may take 5–10 working days to appear in your account.
