Every order ships free with tracked express delivery. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Please allow 1–2 working days for processing before dispatch. During busy periods such as sales, dispatch may take a little longer.
Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number and a link to follow its journey. You can also track your order by replying to your confirmation email with your order number.
For international orders, any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. These are set by your country's customs authority and are not included at checkout.
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, contact us at support@viraelle.com and we'll investigate. If a parcel is confirmed lost, we'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund.
